Notes from the producer:
Nose: Expressive and full. Beautiful notes of caramelized coconut,  cinnamon, and dried fruits. There's tarte tatin and a citrus lemon note.

Palate: Complex and powerful. Caramel, coconut, banana, and toasted brioche. Velvety pastry with more exotic fruits.  

Finish: Spices give way to citrus fruits with lemon and pomelo on a madeleine, with a slight saline note. 

Swell de Spirits is a French independent bottler based on the outskirts of Bordeaux.  This intriguing 2006 Foursquare has been tropically aged for 14 years in American oak.

A limited edition of 387 individually numbered bottles released in 2022.
