Monkey 47 Distiller's Cut (2012 Release)

The Distiller's Cut is an annual limited release from Black Forest Distillers which features an additional rare botanical added to the existing Monkey 47 recipe followed by a resting period in earthenware containers before bottling.

This year they have chosen young shoots of Norway Spruce (Picea abies) hand-harvested from the Black Forest.

A limited edition of 3,000 bottles.
