Monkey 47 Distiller's Cut (2019 Release)

Every year the team at Black Forest Distillers select a different rare botanical to add to their already glorious Monkey 47 recipe.

This year they have chosen Nutmeg Mace (Myristicae arillus) sourced from the UAE which has been dried, ground up and added to the 47 'traditional' ingredients of Monkey 47.

After the first distillation, there follows a second maceration and a second distillation before being left to mature for three months in earthenware containers, and finally combined with soft, local spring water.

A limited edition of 4,000 bottles released in 2019.
