Appearance: Rich amber with a red hue.
Aroma: Fruity and floral with hints of oranges, green apples and butterscotch; slightly spicy.
Taste: Sweet and spicy, with traces of toffee and pears; full bodied with sherry notes and a long lasting finish.
The oldest whisky ever from Old Pulteney - a vatting of three sherry casks and a single bourbon cask.
Includes information booklet from the distillery. Also includes a book tracing the history of the distillery written (and hand-signed) by the veteran whisky writer Charles MacLean.
