Producer's tasting notes:
Colour: deep amber

Nose: raisin, apricot, café au lait, Mizunara (Japanese oak)

Palate: blackberry, strawberry jam, dark chocolate

Finish: long, spicy, smooth

The Yamazaki 18 Year Old needs little introduction for it is a benchmark of modern whisky production.

Matured predominantly in European sherry oak with smaller amounts of American and Mizunara oak completing the picture.
