Colour: rich reddish amber

Nose: dried raisins and prunes, with hints of sundried tomatoes

Palate: delicately rich and decadent with subtle acidity

Finish: buttery with lingering acidity and a hint of bitterness

Tsukuriwake means 'artisanship through a diversity of making'. The Spanish Oak is one of four editions released in 2022 that together demonstrate the component parts of Yamazaki before blending. This edition sits alongside Mizunara Oak, Peated Malt and Puncheon cask whiskies.
