Nose: a touch of sea-salt developing to damp earth, dark fruits and crystallised ginger
Palate: a leather sweetness alongside earthy Malt, ripe red apples, rock pools and fruitcake
Finish: long, dry and earthy - a touch of tobacco in there with dark chocolate shavings

A limited edition of 148 bottles released in 2019, presented with a certificate of authenticity that has been hand signed by both Cara and Fred Laing.
