Macallan 29 Year Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company Batch #9

That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC) have quickly built up a reputation as one of the finest independent bottlers in the land.

The bizarre cartoon-style labels give them a unique identity and we almost always get an age statement these days (YES!).

The labels normally depict 'in jokes' and this one is a right corker.

Macallan's marketing material often talks about the five pillars (or was it six pillars...?) to their brand. Anyway, one of the pillars is 'curiously small stills' and that's why we have on the label a giant human inspecting some tiny stills with a magnifying glass. Ho ho!
