Producer's tasting notes:
Appearance: A ruby heart in burnt amber.

Nose: Crisp white pepper and citrus zest flood through dates and sultanas. Hints of ginger and nutmeg give an earthy depth.

Palate: Crisp, fresh oak spices develop to rich orange marmalade drenched over plums, dried prunes and dark chocolate.

A limited edition of 701 bottles from a single Pedro Ximinez cask released in 2014.
